Institute of Customized Training
The Institute of Customized Training focuses on the exploration of professionals to better understand themselves and the ability to share individual cultural experiences as adults. ECRTC serves communities, organizations, colleges and counties that are committed to helping their staff develop new cultural skills. We focus on the immigrant "new comers", culturally specific relationships, special needs of children, parents, educators, and care providers. ECRTC's work is accomplished through a number of learning opportunities:

The uniqueness of the Institute is its ability to assist participants in learning through practical cultural examples, which enhance outcomes and promote awareness about global peoples. Our clients develop skills that are culturally relevant to leadership, community building, partnerships/collaborations and sensitive communication styles. ECRTC believes effective training ensures an increased willingness in participants to recognize the need for a lifetime learning commitment.
