Impact Entry Level
The Entry Level Program is a six week, 42 hour training program which provides courses on topics such as infant toddler behavior, child development, CPR/first aid, SIDS, food & nutrition, Building Cultural Connections, child abuse, Project Exceptional, lead poisoning and business management. Impact Entry Level allows participants an opportunity to become teacher aid qualified or to work in a licensed and FFN family child care setting.
The program trains 4 groups of 20 students per year. Students are able to take advantage of ELL courses offered at ECRTC or continue on a career path into college based courses. This training model will be available statewide.
